From an An Post sorting office to The Bridal Boutique –  the landmark building at 42 Fairview Strand has come a long way since 1883.   On 17 July 2020 we signed the lease and started a year-long makeover to shape a destination to dance – a place where history intertwines with imagination.

A very deep bow to Mags Mulvey for capturing the process in such style and to everyone whose work realised this transformation – all of which took place In the middle of the pandemic!   A special shout out to the expert stage technicians who adapted and shared their skills so brilliantly at a time when theatres were dark – and to our neighbours in Fairview for warmly welcoming our team to Dublin 3.

In parallel with our refurbishments, the landlord sensitively restored the external fabric of the building – works that included repointing the structure to bring its architectural beauty to the fore – thank you!
