A DUBLIN CITY ARTS OFFICE COMMISSION FOR CRUINNIÚ NA CÁSCA

MARCH – APRIL

Dublin City Arts Office presented, Off the Walls, a dance celebration in the LAB Gallery spilling out onto Foley Street. The Gallery hosted Theresa Nanigian’s new exhibition, Trying to Behave, which explored the past-time of a group of individuals who share an ardent passion for dance: composure and vulnerability; vivaciousness and feebleness; spirit and neediness; beauty and decline. Responding to the large scale photographs filling the ground floor gallery, CoisCéim BROADREACH showcased a new performance by young people and older people aged 50+ alongside an invitation to the public to join in and practise a few new moves!
