The Choreography Project 5

Led by Emma O’Kane

The Choreography Project 5
June – July 2011

Performed in Merrion Square – July 2011

The fifth Choreography Project was led by CoisCéim Dancer-in-Residence EMMA O’KANE. Over 6 weeks, participants embarked on a journey of choreographic investigation and discovery.

Working under Emma‘s guidance, each person created a physical self-portrait; a short dance monologue. The Choreography Project culminated in an informal performance in Merrion Square, Dublin 2 to celebrate and bring together friends, family and aficionados of dance.
