Dance with power and grace, connect, create and share the experience

Lee Clayden is one of the leading contemporary dancers and aerialists working in Ireland today. In this two hour Evening Class Special, Lee  will focus on varied relaxation movement techniques to open and expand your mind and body.

Guided by Lee and working with others in the group you will share creative tasks to stimulate fresh choreographic possibilities, and to inspire deeper, authentic expression.
