CoisCéim Cinematheque

Open House Dublin 2024

In 2024, as part of our programme celebrating 30th year, the CoisCéim Cinematheque will open for the first time with two special screenings of the "joyous" dance documentary, BREAKIN' BROTHERS that premiered at the Dublin International Film Festival earlier this year.

At other times, visitors are invited to explore the ground floor of the building and catch a glimpse of the variety of work created there.

ABOUT CoisCéim Cinematheque

COISCÉIM CINEMATHEQUE is coming in 2025 – opening a new gateway to world-class dance on screen in Fairview. It is a curated programme of special screenings of dance works for film and 180 degree virtual reality by CoisCéim Dance Theatre and its global peers. COISCÉIM CINEMATHEQUE will give local residents and the wider community an opportunity to discover and enjoy gems from one of the world's most diverse and accessible artforms within the distinctive creative environment of our landmark studio building.

Funded by Arts Council Ireland and Dublin City Council, COISCÉIM CINEMATHEQUE features a partnership with Epson to push the boundaries of projection innovation in the arts.

Open House Dublin is a free festival of architecture with 200+ events taking place each October and the flagship architecture festival of the Irish Architecture Foundation. Established in 2005, the Irish Architecture Foundation (IAF) is Ireland’s independent organisation for the advancement of culture and communication of architecture to audiences.
