Are you interested in bringing your voice into our board room to inform our future and help us deliver one of our key strategic diversity and inclusion goals – “dance is for everyone”?

We are looking for articulate, perceptive thinkers to join us – individuals who share our passion for the contemporary arts and the ability of arts and culture to transform. People who come from all walks of life and who may have never been associated with an arts organisation before but who believe strongly in our values of:

HOW TO APPLY

• A comprehensive CV or biography (a statement that summarises your roles, responsibilities and achievements in the organisations in which you currently and/or previously worked).
• Details of any service as a Board Director, Trustee or any other voluntary/community work.

CoisCéim welcomes applications from everyone across all walks of life. GOVERNANCE SUMMARY

The Board of CoisCéim Dance Theatre has an oversight function and a strategic development focus. Board Members of CoisCéim Dance Theatre serve a 3-year term, renewable to a maximum of 7 years. CoisCéim is a registered charity, and this is a voluntary, unpaid position. The Board of Directors meets five/six times per year plus the AGM. Working groups are convened as and when required and Board members are expected to contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation and attend company events where possible.
